1. Before the Service

By proceeding with any service at Nailogy, the client agrees to the following:

  • The client has fully understood the selected service and its corresponding price prior to the start of the service.
  • Any questions or clarifications regarding the procedure, pricing, duration, or expected results must be raised before the service begins.
  • Changes or additional requests made after the service has started may result in additional charges.
  • Nailogy will only proceed once the client confirms their agreement to the service and price.

2. After the Service

Upon completion of the service, the following applies:

  • The client confirms that the service was delivered according to their request and preference.
  • The client is encouraged to check and review the result before leaving the premises.
  • Any concerns or adjustments must be communicated immediately after the service.
  • Once the client leaves Nailogy, the service shall be considered accepted and satisfactory, and no claims related to preference or appearance will be entertained.

3. Booking and Appointments

When booking an appointment through our website or in person:

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on deposits and refunds.
  • Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled based on staff or branch capacity.
  • Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service times or rescheduling.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website and service menu are in Philippine Pesos (PHP):

  • Service prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of booking will be honored.
  • We accept payments via GCash, GrabPay, credit/debit cards, QR PH, and cash.
  • Additional services requested during an appointment will be charged at the prevailing rate.
  • Promotional prices and packages are valid only during the specified promotional period.

5. Health and Safety

The safety and well-being of our clients is our priority:

  • Clients are advised to inform our staff of any allergies, skin conditions, injuries, or health concerns before the service begins.
  • Nailogy reserves the right to decline or modify a service if it is deemed unsafe for the client.
  • All tools and equipment are sanitized and sterilized according to industry hygiene standards.

6. Liability

Regarding our liability for services rendered:

  • Nailogy takes every precaution to ensure the highest quality of service. However, individual results may vary.
  • Nailogy is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while on the premises.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nailogy website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Nailogy and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

Nailogy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
