Cancellation Policy

Please review our booking and cancellation terms before making your appointment.

Important: All payments and deposits made for confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed in our system, the down payment or full payment cannot be cancelled or refunded.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once:

  • The required deposit (10% of total service cost, minimum ₱100) or full payment has been successfully processed through our accepted payment channels (GCash, GrabPay, credit/debit card, or QR PH via PayMongo).
  • You receive a booking confirmation notification via email or through your Nailogy account.
  • The booking status in your account reflects "Confirmed."

2. Non-Refundable Payments

Once your booking is confirmed in our system:

  • The deposit or payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • This applies to all payment methods including online payments, GCash, GrabPay, and card transactions.
  • No partial or full refunds will be issued for confirmed bookings, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

3. Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. While refunds are not available, we offer the following:

  • You may reschedule your confirmed booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests can be made by contacting us via phone at 0917 813 7772 or by emailing hq@nailogyph.com.
  • Your deposit or payment will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
  • Rescheduling is allowed once per booking. Subsequent changes may require a new booking and deposit.

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive at your scheduled appointment without prior notice:

  • Your booking will be marked as a "No-Show" after a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled start time.
  • The deposit or payment made will be forfeited.
  • No rescheduling or credit will be provided for no-show appointments.

5. Late Arrivals

We value your time as well as the time of our other clients:

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment; however, the service may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients.
  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time may be treated as a no-show at the salon's discretion.

6. Cancellation by Nailogy

In rare circumstances, Nailogy may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen events such as:

  • Staff emergency or unavailability.
  • Equipment or facility issues.
  • Natural disasters or government-mandated closures.

In such cases, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund or service credit.

7. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased through Nailogy are subject to the following:

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable once purchased.
  • They may be used toward any available service at any Nailogy branch.
  • Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
